Assistant Engineer	B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical a recognized university with required 55% minimum marks.
Assistant Manager (IT)	B.E / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science OR MCA / M.Sc (IT) from a recognized university with required 60% minimum marks.
Divisional Accountant	B.Com / M.Com OR Graduation with Accounts as a major subject.
Accounts Officer	CA / CWA from a recognized institute.
Junior Engineer	Diploma or B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Law Officer	LLB Degree with relevant experience as per PSTCL recruitment rules.
Telephone Mechanic	ITI in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical trade from a recognized ITI.
LDC (Typist)	Full Time Regular Graduate in any stream + Typing Test (English / Punjabi) + Basic Computer Knowledge.
