JEE Main Session-I Admit Card 2026 Out

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2026 Session-1 admit card for candidates appearing in the January examination. Registered applicants can download their hall ticket by logging in with their application number and date of birth or password. The admit card includes important details such as exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and examination centre. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is an autonomous organization established by the Government of India to conduct entrance examinations in a transparent, efficient, and standardized manner. NTA is responsible for organizing major national-level exams such as JEE Main, NEET (UG), CUET, and others. JEE Main 2026 Important Dates

The JEE Main 2026 examination will be conducted in two sessions. Session I is scheduled in January 2026, while Session II will be held in April 2026. The application process for Session I starts in October 2025. Admit cards are released a few days before the examination, and results are declared separately for each session.

JEE Main 2026 Application Fee

The JEE Main 2026 application fee varies based on the candidate’s category and gender. The fee is lower for female, SC, ST, PwD, and reserved category candidates. Applicants can choose to apply for one paper or both papers, with the fee increasing accordingly. The application fee must be paid online only through available digital payment modes and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent in 2024 or 2025, or are appearing in 2026, are eligible for JEE Main 2026. There is no age limit for appearing in the exam. MODE OF EXAMINATION

JEE Main 2026 is conducted mainly in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) and Paper 2B (B.Planning) are completely online. Paper 2A (B.Arch) is partially offline, with Mathematics and Aptitude sections in CBT mode and the Drawing Test conducted on paper. This ensures a standardized, fair, and efficient assessment
for all candidates.

B.Arch Paper 2A consists of Mathematics (25 questions, 100 marks), Aptitude Test (50 questions, 200 marks), and Drawing Test (2 questions, 100 marks). Mathematics and Aptitude are CBT, while Drawing is offline on
A4 sheets. Total marks: 400.

Exam Pattern – Paper 2B (B.Planning)
