• Minimum Three-Year Diploma of Junior Engineer in
  Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  from a State Technical Education Board or from a recognized University or Institution;
  OR
• Higher Qualification, i.e., a Degree in
  Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  from a recognized University or Institution.
• Punjabi Language compulsory at Matric level.
